Anybody else experiencing bad customer service with ordering? I ordered one of the bundles for my wife on 2/8 and have not heard a word about it being shipped. I even paid for priority shipping hoping it would be here for Valentine's Day. I've been a Dierks fan for a long time...wish his staff would get issues like this and website figured out.

I ordered the Ultimate Bundle on December 1st. I'm in Canada so I didn't realistically expect my cd to arrive last Tuesday, but it's been over a week now. Guess I should have gone digital.

I also Pre-Ordered DB's CD, Poster etc..Package. However, I Emailed my concerns at: questions@merchmo.com and was varified it was shipped 2/3/2012! They ship via USPS, which takes 1-2 wks for Delivery to Canada but can take up to 5 wks?
I can't wait to get mine and my fingers are crossed it soon arrives!

So just an update... Ordered on 2/8 and still nothing on 2/20. This MerchMo company is telling me there are out of 2 of the items in the package deal. Dierks!! If you're listening... get a better merchandise group...how long have they had to get ready for this.

Did everyone get their items? I STILL have not received mine!! I ordered the Ultimate Bundle on 1/12/12, never received anything. I sent an email on 2/28, I was told it was sent on 2/6, never received it. I sent an email again on 3/12 & I was told it was sent again on 3/2. It was suppose to AGAIN be sent, to a different address this time, on 3/14. On 3/23 I received 1 item (the journal) at the original address they said they sent to twice. I sent another email & on 3/26 I received a response that they were sorry for the delay but they were waiting to receive tshirts & I should be receiving everything else soon. It is now 4/16 & I have yet to receive anthing more. It's very sad that Dierks' CD came out in February & I still havent received it from the FC :( Of course, I went ahead & downloaded from iTunes, but that's not my point. Oh, of course they charged my card on 1/12!

Hey!! I too never received my preorder! I just ordered the CD though, and finally gave up on ever getting it :( it is still kinda annoying and sad. Hope you get your stuff soon!!!!

I couldn't believe all the DB Items I received! His Autographed CD, Poster etc... I couldn't have asked for anything better! I am a True Fan of Dierks and it's an Awesome DB Fan Club!
