M&g IMPORTANT QUESTION

I was selected for a M&G. Finally!!! And now I have a problem. I was married in '08. I had my new last name put on my license but LOST the darn thing! I have looked everywhere for it and con not find it. I have a copy of my marriage license, my license with my picture but my old last name on it and my social security card. Will that be enough to pick up my pass or do I need to do something else? I know Im not the only one who's had something this dumb happen. Please help! I dont want to miss this! Thanks.
