Meet and Greet Announcements

Hi there! I'm attending Dierks' show in Cavendish PEI on Friday, July 6th.
I've submitted my name for a meet and greet and kept my fingers and toes crossed!
How soon before the concert are meet and greets usually announced? I may not have internet access in the few days prior to the show!
