When should we expect to be credited for the triple shipping charges?

I know you (MCN) posted under the LCB8 section that you were aware of the mistake, but I have not seen it credited to my bank account yet. When should I expect that to show up?

I emailed them saying I hadn't received a refund... then they sent me a standard letter saying it was taking a long time bc there was so many... blah blah blah... then the next day or so I checked my account and I had a refund...
