I ordered tickets for a show and never recieved a conf # or conf e-mail but the tickets were charged on my credit card? ive e-mailed the fanclub but havent gotten a response.also they dont show up on my orders page. any ideas as to what to do next? i dont want to drive 3 hours only to be told the are no tickets at will call! thanks for any help! As long as it shows on your credit card you are good to go. Your ticket(S) will be a will-call the day of the show. Call the venue and they'll give you an idea of what time they may be available that day, I think it varies from venue to venue. Hope this helps.
