Charlottesville VA Show - Meet and Greet

Has anyone heard about the Meet and Greet for Charlottesville VA show on Thursday may 10th? I submitted a while ago and I havent heard anything back yet!??!?!!?? Getting a little worried! I logged into my account and it says my request was submitted. PLEASE HELP!
