I need Help...M&G Inquiry...

Ok I have a question, I sent a email to meetgreet@Dierks.com and was sent a automated response, and I'm not sure i my question will be answered through email, so I'm going to ask here.

Back in February, I was approved for a Meet n Greet with Dierks, that later was canceled, and I got this email...

2/1 CHARLESTON, WV MEET & GREET CANCELLED

If you're receiving this email, you have previously been approved for the 2/1 Meet & Greet in Charleston, WV.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of this event, this meet & greet has been cancelled.

To compensate you, we are allowing you to move your meet & greet to
a future show of your choice. To be approved for a future meet &
greet, simply put in a reservation for a show of your choice on
dierks.com during designated registration times. Then send an email to
meetgreet@dierks.com with your name, email and note that you were part
of the 2/1 meet & greet that was canceled. We will then
automatically confirm you as approved for the future show.

We apologize for this inconvenience and look forward to seeing you at a future show.

I'm Attending the Lexington KY Show on NOV 14 and it's the first DB show I've been able to attend since then,  I put in the meet n greet request for this show on Nov 14...
So my question is, is this still valid and if so, can I get my name on the Lexington KY Meet n Greet List?
