What about the large chunk of fan club members that travel allover the States to see Dierks? I know it makes sense to just send them to ppl who live in the State, but I live very close to several scheduled concerts & only knew about them because I have to check D.com every day. I missed out on 1 concert 2 hrs away because I didn't know about it. In the past I always received pre sale emails. Is there anyway that can be changed?

Fan club members anywhere can participate in the presales. Just log in to the site under your fan club account and the presale buttons will be activated for you. We also post news items on the site the week of a presale to get the word out.

I signed up for the Congress on Monday, and still haven't received access to the site, or the Home (digital) album. How long does this process usually take? My account's been charged- REALLY WANT TO GET INTO THE PRESALE THIS MORNING FOR RED ROCKS!!! Any tips on how to get answers? Thanks!
