Is anyone else having problems with the presale?

Who ever is in charge of this website needs to get it together. First of all there is no place to contact anyone on this site for complaints. Second I got on here before 1000 which is 10 AM standard time to purchase tickets for the event in Traverse City. After an hour later of refreshing the web page still not able to buy tickets. After that the only tickets that were available where bundles which are way over priced. Since I worked last night at the hospital and stayed up two extra hours to purchase tickets, I decided enough was enough and went to bed. Woke up again before 2pm, refreshed the page, and finally there was a spot to purchase tickets. Unfortunately by that time the tickets were already sold out. Thank you for wasting my time!

I volunteered as a stage hand for this concert with 5 of my friends. We worked from 10AM until midnight. Alot of the work was hard and Dierks' stage managers were not nice at all. Foul language and then later in the night, one was drinking straight from a whiskey bottle, barking out orders, while we did all of the work. We volunteered because we were lead to believe that we would get to meet and greet him. All of our time and all of our hard work and I wasn't even able to get my CD signed! I am a huge fan and I have all of his albums and have seen him in concert 3 times! I am very disappointed that his crew was rude and Dierks couldn't take the time to thank us in person for our hard work! I am so DISAPPOINTED!

Thank you Dierks and your wonderful band for playing at the Traverse City MI Microbrewery. Glad to get a picture of you and clog for you in my size 2 light up shoes. Thanks for making my whole day. Would you happen to know by chance if your photographer would happen to have a small clip of when we were doing a Meet and Greet and I got to do a little clogging and playing harmonica for you.
